I’m Monica Jacques, a Licensed Esthetician, Face Reality Certified Acne Expert, and two-time Certified Microblading (PMU) Artist. I specialize in corrective skincare, focusing on acne, hyperpigmentation, and custom programs designed for long, term results. With over 20 years of experience in the medical field and advanced esthetics training, I combine medical knowledge with skincare expertise to deliver real, measurable results. My practice is built around education, consistency, and professional guidance, because corrective treatments only work when approached strategically. Cosmetic services, including microblading and maintenance treatments, are available as well, but my focus is on transformative skin programs for clients ready to invest in lasting improvement. Cancellation Policy
Cancellation and Appointment Policy
At MJ Beauty Creation, we are committed to providing you with exceptional service. To ensure the smooth scheduling of appointments and the availability of our specialist/artists, we have established the following cancellation and appointment policies:
Deposit: A deposit will be charged to your card at the time of booking to secure your appointment. This deposit is non-refundable and will be applied towards the total cost of your service.
Remaining Balance: The remaining balance for your appointment is due on the day of your scheduled appointment.
Rescheduling or Cancellation: If you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment, please contact our studio at least 48 hours (2 business days) prior to your scheduled appointment. Failure to do so will result in the automatic forfeiture of your deposit.
Appointment Reminders: You will receive a text message and email reminder 7 days before your scheduled appointment. It is your responsibility to confirm your appointment at least 48 hours (2 business days) in advance. Failure to confirm will result in the automatic forfeiture of your deposit.
Punctuality: We kindly request that you arrive on time for your appointment. If you are more than 15 minutes late, MJ Beauty Creation reserves the right to cancel your appointment, and your deposit will be forfeited.
Complimentary Appointments: If you are more than 15 minutes late for a complimentary appointment, the subsequent appointment will no longer be complimentary.
